About Us
History
Mullenix Ridge PTA 1.8.8 was chartered on October 3, 1990. The PTA serves the children in the Mullenix Ridge school community, that includes the residences and businesses in the Mullenix Ridge Elementary School enrollment area.
The MR PTA was granted tax exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code in November 1995.
Membership in the PTA is open to all people without discrimination. Membership is open to all parents, teachers, staff, grandparents, guardians, students, community members, and any other persons that support and encourage the purposes of PTA.
Mission
The mission of the Mullenix Ridge Elementary PTA is to support and nurture the students, staff, families, and community of Mullenix Ridge.

That every child’s potential becomes a reality.
2023-2024 Mullenix Ridge PTA 1.8.8 Goals
Enroll 200 members by 12/31/2023 using increased communication on the benefits of membership.
Promote membership volunteerism in PTA sponsored activities and events, as well as for child advocacy.
Follow Washington State PTA’s Best Practices to be in line with the Washington State PTA's “Standards of Affiliation.”
Advertise effectiveness of PTA programs to enhance community awareness.
Work collaboratively with Mullenix Ridge educators to ensure students achieve learning targets in the following areas: (ELA) English Language Arts, Math, and Science.
Facilitate family activities to foster closer family and community relationships.
Support the emotional development of all students in the Mullenix Ridge Community.
